- Choose the fund you’d like to invest in. Our local team will help you to select the fund based on your needs.
- Obtain a Portuguese non-resident tax number (NIF).
- Open a Portuguese bank account.
- Execute a Power of Attorney (optional).
- Fund managers will run Know Your Customer (KYC) process and determine if you’re a qualified investor.
- Transfer the investment amount and sign the fund participation form after the KYC checks.
- Prepare all required documents regarding the passvisa application.
- Submit your passvisa documentation online.
- Schedule the biometrics appointment for yourself and your family at a SEF office in Portugal.
- Pay the required fees.
- Receive the approval of the passvisa applications.
- Get your passvisa Residence Card/s.
- Apply for the renewal of the passvisa residence card/s (every 2 years).
- Be eligible for Portuguese citizenship application at the end of 5 years.
