-
Create a personal account on the Italian investor visa platform, fill out required forms, upload them, and verify the final declaration with an electronic signature before downloading and submitting it.
- If your application meets the standards, you will receive approval. The “Nulla Osta” will be available on your account in the platform.
- If additional documentation is required, you will be asked to complete it within 30 days.
- You will need to provide your Nulla Osta and all supporting papers to the embassy.
- After your visa has been granted, you have two years to travel to Italy.
-
Once you obtain your entry visa and arrived in Italy, you have eight days to apply for a two-year permit.
-
Your investment must be completed. You must provide the investment proof to the portal after it is finished on this stage. If accepted, your residency permit will be issued soon if the application procedure is still ongoing, or it will remain valid if you currently have one.
- For renewal of your Italy passvisa, you need to apply for a three-year renewal at least sixty days before your current residence permit expires, provided that you maintain your investment for the full two-year period. For this application, you will need to have a new Nulla Osta.
- Your Italy passvisa renewal is contingent upon the Committee’s acceptance or rejection. The approval process is just like your first application.
